We came across an old outdated program called Hooked on Phonics recently.  Luckily, we found the entire box set from from the first level up so I was very excited.  The girls learn immensely from this set and I recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on the full set.  We use it in coordination with their online program and it works nicely as the material is very similar online as their orginal program.
